You know, C in C has really started to grow on me.  It’s well written, well acted, and a great drama, but I think it’s success is not due to any of that.  If C in C had any stronger competition than My Name is Earl and The Amazing Race I doubt it would be as successful.  The interesting thing about the show is that it seems to be drawing a wide group of viewers:  yound and old, men and women.  With Stephen Bochco joing as showrunner, I think it will only improve.

Reading something like this makes you realize just how bad things are on the African continent.  It’s unreal to me how these women continue to carry on with their everyday lives having endured so much violence against their families and themselves.  Seeing your family killed before your eyes, including your children, and then to be tied down and gange raped!  What makes these men, even men in the middle of war, treat women this way?  How can they not see their own mothers, sisters, and wives?  What brings men to the point they think something like this is an acceptable war tactic?

I doubt seriously if Arnie is going to be juggling his "job" as Governor while also acting.  More likely, he’s just prepaering for the fact he has very little chance of actually winning another election.  The people of California were ready for change after the disaster that was Gray Davis, but now they’ve opened their eyes and seen the mess they elected.
