Television broadcasters are fighting a losing battle trying to appease right wing fanatics like Brent Bozell with educational advertising showing viewers they have all the tools they need to block unwanted programming.  People like Bozell care nothing about blocking unwanted programming; they want it off the airwaves altogether.  It seems like the only avenue for broadcasters is the court system.  Win or lose, it may be the only choice they have.  Especially with a complicit and cowardly Congress backing up the fanatics.
