I’m no fan of either Nick Lachey or Jessica Simpson, but I have to wonder what idiot told Nick Lachey to sue his soon-to-be ex-wife for support?!  So much for being man.  Doesn’t this fool have agents and managers to keep him from doing stupid things like this?

The fact that Harry Whittington, the man accidentally shot by VP Cheney, would basically exonerate the Vice-President should come as no surprise.  The man is a loyal Republican and if that means literally taking one for the team, so be it.  Moreover, it’s not as if Cheney set out to shoot the man.  It was a horrible accident, and while I question the way the authorities and the administration handled the aftermath, it certainly wasn’t premeditated.

Ol’ Duke got just what he deserved.  No matter the political party of the individual, this kind of corruption, "unparalleled" in the words of prosecutors, should never be tolerated. 

What’s the world coming to (no pun intended!) when police detectives, in the line of duty, can no longer receive sexual services during prostitution investigations?  Damn, I guess I won’t be joining the police force!

It is unbelievable to me that in the 21st century the Supreme Court of a modernized European country could rule that rape is not rape if the victim is not a virgin.  This ruling says a lot about what Italy thinks not only of its women, but of its children, as well.  Shameful!
