Battlestar Galactica is one of the finest shows on television. It’s not a perfect show, but that’s what also makes it great. In fact, I think it’s one of the finest dramas on television and deserving of so much more recognition than it gets. An Emmy Awards might be aiming to hight, but how about a nomination? Well, someone has finally recognized what a great show BG is: the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication has awarded the show a Peabody Award as the best in electronic media for 2005.
