So, NBC’s real fall lineup doesn’t look so bad.  I have to say I like the idea of Studio 60 and ER on Thursday nights.  If Studio 60 turns out to be half as good as the hype, it may finally be the show to give CBS’ Thursday night juggernaut a run for its money and possibly reinvigorate ER.  If not, it’s still a good gamble.  In addition, the idea of running ER without any repeats is also good.  NBC’s other interesting new show, The Black Donnellys will fill in for 13 weeks. I’m also looking forward to Heroes.  It sounds like an interesting concept.

Is immigration really the great threat to American democracy President Bush makes it out to be?  Do everyday Americans really care that much?  So much they want our already stretched-thin armed services to start patrolling the border?  Something tells me no.
