Only in Britain would one see mass masturbation televised to every home.  Can you imagine the furor that would arise if something like this happened in America.  If the freaks on the right didn’t implode on the spot there would be mass riots and calls for Christianizing (is that a word?) the public airwaves!

Would it really be so terrible if we got rid of the penny?  Let’s leave out the problems associated with rounding to the nearest five cents, would any of us really care?  I know I wouldn’t, but I rarely use actual money anymore.  Nearly every transaction I make is with my debit card.  More often than not I don’t even have actual cash in my pocket.  Apparently, a majority of American want to keep the penny around.  Personally, I say get rid of it.
