What is wrong with Republicans these days?  Once again, they’re dealing with yet another scandal.  This time it’s Rep. Mark Foley (R-FL) and his penchant for sending suggestive and lurid emails to teenage boys who worked as pages in Congress.  What the hell!  Even worse, it seems the Republican leadership knew about this disgusting behavior for months!  And did nothing!  As per their usual behavior they attempted to cover it up.  My God, we’re talking teenage boys!  You have to wonder what goes through the mind of a politician that they can actually weigh the political fallout over making sure a teenage is kept safe.  What if this has been one of their children?  Somehow I doubt they would have been so lenient; and if this had been a Democrat, well the freaking world would have come to a stop and right-wing religious fanatics would have been preaching about the end times!
