I will admit that I was skeptical about Nevada Senator Harry Reid’s ability to be a strong and effective majority leader for Democrats, but as recent events are showing Reid has turned out be not only effective, but tough as nails in the face of the Republicans usual tactics.  While I believe there is a thin tightrope to be walked when dicussing the cutting off of funding for any military action, it’s nice to see the Democrats show backbone; and be united in that showing.
