I don’t think I’ve read a better defense of the often-attacked progressive tax system.  It does a better job of undercutting the Conserevative idea of taxes than any candidate has been able to do for years.  If Democrats can speak about taxes like this they will utterly undermine Republican efforts to paint then as tax-and-spend Liberals.
