I’m completely at a loss concerning the rampage at Virginia Tech.  Once again, I find myself wondering what drives people to do things like this.  There are people in Virginia who really deserve our prayers.

John McCain is mistakenly give credit for being this straight talker when in reality he’s a politician just like the rest.  As this interview shows, if you want to me a straight talker in Washington, meet Senator James Webb.  The man never, and I mean never, pulls any punches.  Not even when he’s talking to or about the president.  You have to respect that.  I may not always agree with Webb’s politics, but I sure can respect his honesty.
