How hypocritical of Republicans to accuse Democrats of creating political gridlock when they are masters of that little game.  The Republicans real problem is they no longer have a weak Democratic Party to kick around anymore and they just don’t like the fact that the usual attacks on Democrats for being anti-military and unpatriotic aren’t having the usual affect.  The Republicans other problem, and I think the bigger one, is Iraq remains an increasingly unpopular war with the American people and their continued fight to give President Bush carte blanche to do what he wishes is becoming more and more difficult to sustain — as it should.
