…but I haven’t watched one minute of the Olympics.  While it’s a stupendously huge deal that Michael Phelps won eight gold medals I’ve just had no interest in watching the Olympics.  No, it’s not because I have no wish to support anything to do with a repressive regime like China.  Personally, I think sporting events should be above politics, but I just jave no desire to watch.  Swimming is one of my favorite sports to watch along with diving, tennis, and men’s basketball, but haven’t seen one minute of those events this time around.  Oh, well, the world won’t come to an end.
